We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our Care Teams based in: Whitstable and Herne Bay. We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available, working usual shift patterns of:
- Mornings 7am-3pm
- Evenings 3pm-10pm (there must be mainly evening shift availability)
- Alternative weekends
- Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
- Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
- Support with preparing and administering medication
- Contribute as needed to a person’s end‑of‑life care
- Have a right to work within the UK
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
- No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.
