Care Sante Kent is recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team at King Edward Court in Herne Bay. King Edward Court is a supported living scheme where our Care Workers provide life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives.
Week 1 Shift:
- Tuesday 4pm - 9am
- Thursday 4pm - 9am
- Friday 4pm - 9am
- Saturday 4pm - 9am
- Sunday 4pm - 9am
Week 2 Shift:
- Monday 4pm - 9am
- Tuesday 4pm - 9am
- Wednesday 4pm - 9am
- Thursday 4pm - 9am
- Friday 4pm - 9am

Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting service users with onsite visits to restaurants, hairdressers and shops.
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
- Helping service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including assistance with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Support with medication administration.
- Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Contribute as needed to a person’s end‑of‑life care.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- No previous experience necessary but must demonstrate compassion, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful care.
