Care Santé Limited in Faversham is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our home care team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with on-call shifts every other weekend and one evening per week.
You will plan and schedule care calls, supervise staff, support recruitment, handle client queries, and assist with training and compliance. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. We offer a supportive, employee-focused culture with development and pension.
