Support people in their own homes across Derbyshire, providing compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with mobility, use of aids, and personal equipment for service users.
  • Perform domestic tasks such as bed making, cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
  • Provide personal care including washing, bathing, and toileting arrangements.
  • Prepare meals, snacks, and drinks, supporting eating and drinking.
  • Support medication administration.
  • Contribute to end‑of‑life care where required.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Demonstrate compassion, effective communication, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to high‑quality, respectful care.
