Position

We are looking for one Local Community Care Worker to work part-time and join our care team in Long Eaton.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
  • Helping service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
  • Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
  • Support with administering medication.
  • Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care.

Working Shifts

Mornings 7am – 3pm
Evenings 3pm – 10pm
Alternate weekends

Requirements

  • Right to work within the UK.
  • A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • No previous experience is necessary but you must demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care.
