Valley Care has an exciting opportunity for care workers in the Stockport area to join our new extra care scheme as a care and support worker based in the Cheadle area of Stockport, supporting adults aged 55 and over.
Our benefits include:

Job Description
- Our care workers are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
- Support with administrating medication.
- Assisting clients on social visits and activities.
