Job Description
- Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements
- Help service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including use and care of aids and personal equipment
- Perform domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
- Support with administering medication
- Contribute as needed to a person’s end‑of‑life care
Requirements
- Right to work within the UK
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
- No previous experience is necessary but a genuine compassion, good communication, problem‑solving skills and commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful care are required
