We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our growing team. Available Shift Patterns:

  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 10:00pm

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and choice.
  • Assisting with personal care including washing, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and the safe use of equipment.
  • Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks.
  • Administering or prompting medication.
  • Assisting with household tasks such as laundry, bed making, tidying, and light cleaning.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community.
  • Assisting with shopping and everyday errands.
  • Supporting individuals with specialist care needs where required.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care at all times.

Sometimes the most important part of your visit is simply being there to listen, provide reassurance, and brighten someone's day.
