About the Role

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of both services, ensuring exceptional standards of care, compliance, and staff performance.

You will be a positive role model, supporting and developing the team while promoting independence, dignity, and choice for every individual.

What We\'re Looking For

The successful candidate will have

  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a health or social care setting.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
  • The ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards).
  • Experience leading or supervising a care team.
  • Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
