We're looking for an Operations Associate to help keep things running smoothly as we scale — someone who's organized, personable, and comfortable wearing a few different hats.
About the Role
As our Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting both our internal operations and our clients.
You'll help keep the office running, guide new clients through onboarding, and be a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for client support.

What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day office administration, including event preparation and writing of travel iteneraries
- Assist in onboarding new clients, helping them get set up and comfortable with our product/platform
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions and support requests, ensuring a positive and responsive experience in conjunction with our tech support team
- Assist in providing training for our system to new clients
- Maintain client relations throughout the delivery and duration of services, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
- Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and coordination of internal and client meetings.
- Track client onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items.
- Assist with vendor and supplier coordination, including ordering office supplies and managing inventories.
- Ensure operational documentation remains accurate, organised, and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Dynamics
- Experience with Saa S products or a genuine interest in the space is a plus
