CRT Care Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Waltham House Extra Care in Wirksworth.

Shift Patterns
Applicants must be able to work a mixture of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights.
- AM Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
- PM Shift: 15:00 - 22:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 08:00
Weekend working is essential, including every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will:
- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with medication where appropriate and in line with training.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Follow care plans and support residents in achieving their individual goals.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
