We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

Extra Care Scheme Field Care Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and support while maintaining their independence within our Extra Care Scheme.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day delivery of care services, working closely with care staff, customers, families, and healthcare professionals.

You will help maintain high standards of care, supervise and support care teams, and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer assessments, reviews, and support planning.
  • Carry out care observations, spot checks, and quality monitoring.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise care staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Assist with staff inductions, training, and ongoing development.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies.
  • Support the Registered Manager in achieving compliance and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within health and social care.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Good IT skills and experience maintaining care records.
  • A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
