Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Colchester & surrounding areas. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes. In this role you'll be assessing individuals who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness and ensuring the correct care plans are put in place. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

You'll be traveling across the region including Colchester, Clacton, Tendering, Harwich, Manningtree, Frinton, Walton on the Naze and surrounding areas to provide post-hospital care to people recovering from illness or injury.

More about this role:

  • Block shift pay, Guaranteed Hours available for those with flexible availability
  • We have part-time and full-time roles available, some weekend work will be required.
  • For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
  • Previous experience in care is not required, training will be given
