The role
You’ll be key in helping usdeliver our work. In this role, you’ll:
- Lead HR support: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and directors, ensuring HRservices meet business needs and align with policy and best practice.
- Manage and develop teams: Line manage People Support Advisors, supporting their development andensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee casework and change: Manage complex HR cases and support organisational change initiatives,ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
