In this role, you’ll work with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our audiences and make sure their views and ideas inform our decision making.

You’ll work with teams right across the organisation, bringing external stakeholders together to ensure their views and experience drive the actions we take. Your work will help us do the right things at the right time to deliver our purpose.

You’ll also work with colleagues across Engagement to demonstrate the impact of what we do and help us learn, grow and improve as a team.

You’ll gain skills and experience in working for a national regulator, learning more about the wider health and social care system, as well as helping to promote improvement in health and social care services so people can make informed decisions about care.

What you will bring…

You’ll have broad experience of engaging with stakeholders and translating what they say into meaningful and actionable insights.

You’ll have broad practical experience of designing and delivering accessible and meaningful engagement activity (online and offline) with a range of external stakeholders, including an understanding of, and practical experience of utilising co-design and co-production techniques.

You’ll be delivery focused with a high level of organisation and have ability to take a range of complex data from different sources and translate it into meaningful insights to influence key stakeholders.

You’ll be an effective networker and relationship builder and able to think creatively to engage stakeholders in our work.

You’ll have experience of evaluating engagement effectiveness using various methodologies including experience of interpreting evaluation insight from different sources to describe the overall impact of engagement activity., Individual adjustments…
