Resourcing Manager
Grade A - £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,409 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25). There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home.
Contracted Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing recruitment and onboarding: Managing all aspects of recruitment for CQC’s permanent workforce, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Developing resourcing strategies: Creating innovative recruitment practices to attract top talent and support CQC’s employer brand.
- Managing team performance: Leading a team of HR professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- HR management experience: Proven experience managing HR or recruitment teams, delivering advice, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic planning: Ability to develop and implement effective resourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Compliance knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
