Role summary

  • Lead a strategic programme that brings together multiple projects to deliver business change across CQC.
  • Design and deliver a programme that transforms our ways of working to deliver an efficient and effective operating model.
  • Align processes, organisational structures, IT systems and data architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, governance and assurance for complex programmes, ensuring quality, time and budget expectations are met.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, resolve issues and align priorities to keep programmes on track.
  • Provide visible leadership, coaching and mentoring to enable team success and growth.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience delivering large-scale programmes that include business change and organisational design.
  • Experience of architectural design principles with a focus on business architecture.
  • Proven ability to apply programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) in varied and complex contexts.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
