Role summary
- Lead a strategic programme that brings together multiple projects to deliver business change across CQC.
- Design and deliver a programme that transforms our ways of working to deliver an efficient and effective operating model.
- Align processes, organisational structures, IT systems and data architecture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, governance and assurance for complex programmes, ensuring quality, time and budget expectations are met.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, resolve issues and align priorities to keep programmes on track.
- Provide visible leadership, coaching and mentoring to enable team success and growth.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience delivering large-scale programmes that include business change and organisational design.
- Experience of architectural design principles with a focus on business architecture.
- Proven ability to apply programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) in varied and complex contexts.
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
