As a Delivery Support Officer, you'll help manage and prepare a number of correspondences on Private Office Correspondence Unit, Freedom of Information, Complaints and prepare performance data that support safe, effective health and social care services.
Picture this Working closely with Deputy Directors and colleagues across Registration, you'll be at the centre of important work, helping teams stay connected, organised and focused on delivering positive outcomes. No two days are the same, and you'll have opportunities to take ownership of activities that make a real difference.
As a Delivery Support Officer in Registration, you might get the chance to work on:
- Managing and responding to Private Office Correspondence Unit, Freedom of Information, Complaints by gathering information from CRM system
- Preparing and producing performance reports for review for the Deputy Directors using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
The role You'll work closely with others to deliver shared outcomes. In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate performance information: Bring together data, updates and reporting information to help teams monitor progress across programmes and projects.
- Maintain governance processes: Keep programme documentation accurate and up to date, supporting good governance, assurance activities, and the management of risks and issues.
- Support senior leaders and teams: Preparing responses for Private Office Correspondence Unit, Freedom of Information, Complaints using CRM.
Show us We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
- Experience supporting projects, programmes or improvement initiatives, including coordinating activities, tracking actions or monitoring progress.
- Experience working with senior colleagues or stakeholders, including responding to Private Office Correspondence Unit, Freedom of Information, Complaints.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to manage information, produce reports and support team delivery.
