The predicted salary is between 22800 - 27300 £ per year.
Grade D – £28,504 (National Framework) or £34,176 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Records Analyst to join our developing Technology Team. As a Records Analyst, you will deliver records management across CQC as part of the Records & Document Management (RDM) Helpdesk as well as supporting with the management of the Microsoft 365 platform. In this role you will: Deliver records management across CQC environments (i.e SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure storage) as a member of the RDM Helpdesk. Support the team to deliver RDM response to information access requests. Support the team to manage CQC Corporate records repositories (i.e SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure storage) including access. Support with the management of electronic and paper archives for CQC. Deliver records management analytic support to further improve regulatory activity and quality of publications. Ongoing query resolution for CQC’s stakeholders regarding records management. What you will bring… With demonstrable experience of delivering records management and/or compliance you will help us to ensure the organisations formal records are managed effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will; Be educated to degree-level, hold a professional qualification or equivalent experience. Have excellent knowledge of information legislation and effective records management and lifecycle design. Have excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to clearly communicate research results and conclusions in written reports and presentations Have an understanding of Microsoft 365, specifically managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Understand how the GDPR, FOI, Public Records Acts and NHS Digital IG Toolkit requirements impact and translate in to records management practice in a public sector body.
