You proactively identify, quantify, and track the realisation of benefits used to justify investment across the portfolio. The Benefits Manager ensures that a ‘fit for purpose’ approach to benefits measurement and realisation is used to provide assurance that the benefits identified can be achieved. Ensuring that the benefits of complex change are identified and understood at the earliest opportunities, prioritised, planned for and managed through to realisation. You will identify and influence those responsible and accountable for enabling and sustaining benefits realisation to make benefits led decisions and evidence-based decisions. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will also support the implementation of benefit management across a diverse portfolio of change.
