The predicted salary is between 39784 - 45456 Β£ per year.

Associate Business Architect
Salary: Β£39,784 (National) or Β£45,456 (London for London office based or homebased workers within the boundary of the M25) There is also an additional homeworking allowance of Β£581 per annum for those working from home. For part-time roles, please note, this will be pro rata
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week (we are open to discussions about compressed hours)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Home based, with occasional travel to offices (regular travel to CQCs London office is expected with occasional travel to other CQC offices as and when required)

What you will bring
To be considered as our Associate Business Architect, you will need:
– Experience of promoting the use of methods and techniques to create artefacts and communicating the value of these to users
– Experience of providing practical guidance and knowledge building using internal reference sources
– The ability to create operating models and business design artefacts using a mix of tools
– Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience influencing executive and senior stakeholders
What youll be doing
As an Associate Business Architect, youll play a vital role in shaping how our services, systems, people, information and processes work together.
You will lead reviews of business challenges, using architectural methods to propose clear, evidence-based solutions that align with strategic goals.
Acting as an expert consultant, youll assess the feasibility and impact of new policies, legislation, and service changes, ensuring alignment with the operating model.
By applying holistic, data-driven approaches, youll guide design assurance processes, champion business architecture frameworks, and promote best practice across teams and projects.
Additionally, you will:
– Scope and define high-level business problems and solutions
– Maintain and govern a central library of business design documents
– Offer expert advice and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
