Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse residential portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the efficient letting of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and guide them through the process.
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, acting as a key point of contact.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
