Care is delivered by multidisciplinary teams including Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Care Staff.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for both the delivery of personal and nutritional care for patients and an element of clinical care, undertaking observations and basic clinical tasks (e.g., dressings, swabs), expanding clinical skills as time goes on.
