Care Plus Group are looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our Community Nursing team to provide comprehensive administrative support. Care Plus Group have a number of Community Nursing Teams covering Grimsby, Cleethorpes and the surrounding villages within North East Lincolnshire. They deliver a wide range of nursing care to people either in their own homes or in other community settings. The post holder will be part of a team responsible for providing the vital support to enable effective and efficient service delivery.

Main duties of the job:

- 21 hours per week - You will be required to work a rota pattern between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and weekends and Bank holidays (on a rota basis)

- Salary Range 2 £22,627 (under 21) - £24,735 (21 & over). Pro Rata Per annum. Fixed salary point.
You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Community Nursing teams. You will be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries from service users and professionals, taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate source. Stock control and the ordering of stock for each Community Nursing site will also be a key part of the role. Work will generally be carried out under supervision and will be within well-established procedures.
You will undertake routine clerical duties, e.g. photocopying, scanning, computer work, message taking, telephone enquiries. You will be responsible for taking accurate messages and relaying to the appropriate persons and inputting message details onto a clinical patient record system (Systmone). You will be expected to deal with straightforward queries and issues, following agreed processes, referring on to line manager where appropriate.
