Care Plus Group Transport Service provides safe, accessible and efficient transport to vulnerable people to enable participation in Day Opportunities services in North East Lincolnshire and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the safe transportation of service users to and from their homes, to any venue within the area, providing assistance, supervision and support.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety regulations and Road Traffic legislation are adhered to in relation to transportation and vehicle safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must hold a D1 driving licence or PSV.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults with a range of needs.
  • Recent experience of driving in the local area.
  • Knowledge of and ability to carry out vehicle checks and complete associated documents.
  • Effective communication and customer care skills are essential.

Contract, Hours and Benefits

Bank hours as and when required: 7.30–10.30 am and 2.00–5.00 pm (1.00–4.00 pm on a Friday).

Salary: Β£24,735 (21 and over); Β£22,627 (under 21) pro rata per annum; appointment on a fixed salary point.

Optional pension scheme membership; NHS pension scheme access is not available; lease cars; full induction programme; extensive CPD/development opportunities.
