Job Summary:
- Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
- Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.
- Provide on call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
- Ensure all required documentation and records are completed in line with requirements.
- Ensuring positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguarding them.

Essential Skills:
