Job Summary:
As a Support Worker, you will:
· Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
· Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.
· Provide on call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
· Ensure all required documentation and records are completed in line with requirements.
· Ensuring positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguarding them.
