Make a difference to Children in our Care:

Do you have at least 1 years’ experience in a Residential Care setting, maybe in an adult’s settings where your skills gained to date are transferrable and you just fancy moving into a children’s home setting, or you have experience in an Education setting? We could put you through the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) and if completed within the agreed timescale you could earn £1000 bonus.

Our home in Bilston has been awarded "Outstanding" with OFSTED for 2 consecutive years and supports up to 5 young people with Learning Disabilities.

  • £1000 bonus upon completion of Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) within the agreed timescale.
  • £1000 refer a friend scheme (paid on completion of their probation).

Hours: Average 40 hours per week (1 on, 2 off day rota)

As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will carry out an essential and varied role to provide the individual support required by the children and young people in our care. You will support the children & young people to appointments and other fun activities, deliver personal care, undertake household tasks, complete relevant paperwork, and where appropriate administer medication. You will create positive relationships with the children & young people, meeting their needs and always safeguarding them.

  • Flexible and hardworking
  • Driving Licence (essential to have full licence)

  • Hold a Diploma Level 3 in diploma for residential childcare or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
