Care Perspectives is a specialist provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Since we established, we have worked hard to develop services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children & young people, creating services that nurture independence.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide effective monitoring, support and supervision to the staff team always acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
- Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries and ensure handover is completed to a high standard.
- Ensure positive relationships with the children & young people, and always safeguard them.
