We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Hillingdon branch. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor: Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager Ability to deliver high standards of care Participate in the paid on-call rota Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans Building relationships with care staff and service users Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required Here at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors the following: Salary £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
