We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our extra care service in Monaveen. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Ability to deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
- Building relationships with care staff and service users
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
Here at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors a salary of £26,000 per annum.
