We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dedicated team as an Activities Coordinator at our Bank House Extra Care Scheme in London (SE1).

Role Overview: As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging, stimulating activities that enrich our residents' lives. You'll foster a vibrant community by organising imaginative, inclusive, and motivational activities tailored to our residents' interests, abilities, and well-being. From crafting creative sessions to planning events and social activities, you'll make a real difference in the daily lives of those you support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver activity programs to encourage social interaction and promote independence.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of activities and adapt to suit residents' needs and preferences.
  • Organise group and one-on-one activities, both within the scheme and in the local community.
