We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Hillingdon branch. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Responsibilities
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
- Build relationships with care staff and service users
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required
Requirements
- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
