We are seeking an experienced Regional Area Manager to oversee multiple Extra Care branches. The role involves leading Branch Managers, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with CQC standards, and driving service excellence across the region. You’ll be responsible for managing performance, budgets, and staff development while ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support Branch Managers to ensure service quality and performance targets are met. Ensure CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery across all branches. Manage branch budgets and financial targets. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff. Build strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Proven senior management experience in health or social care, ideally in Extra Care or domiciliary settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple locations. Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards. Financial and performance management experience. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
