As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages to our employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and reviewing timesheets from various departments or branches to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Calculating wages, including regular hours, overtime, bonuses, and other relevant factors.
- Inputting payroll data accurately into the payroll system and verifying all information for completeness and correctness.
- Processing payroll and generating payslips for employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory deductions.
- Preparing and submitting required payroll reports, including tax filings, pension contributions, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, tax deductions, and other related matters.
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with the finance team to provide accurate payroll information for financial reporting purposes.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks within the finance department as needed.
