This opportunity is available to candidates that have access to a car, driving licence and can commit to working alternate weekends. We are looking for experienced and reliable healthcare workers to support us with our reablement service across the Oxfordshire area, mainly Cherwell.
Working a mixture of early shifts (7am-3pm) and late shifts (2pm-10pm), fully paid travel time with 40p per mile paid mileage between visits.

You will need hands-on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Having the confidence to complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital
- Supporting clients to regain independence with tasks, such as personal care, toileting, meal preparation and medication
- Recording and reporting changes clearly and concisely, keeping the Home First team updated on improvements in abilities allowing ongoing assessment of the suitability of the proposed care
- Building strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and the Home First team
- Being adaptive and responsive to changes in needs
