Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator:
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Ability to deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on‑call rota
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
- Building relationships with care staff and service users
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 100% commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people
- Flexibility to cover on‑call to meet the business needs (essential)
- Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential)
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
