As a field-based care assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

  • Rates of pay £14.80 per 1 hour visits (paid contact time only)
  • Mileage paid at 40p per mile for drivers between visits
  • Earn £300 Refer a friend scheme

The Role:

  • Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

  • Happy to travel within the local community
  • Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
  • Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
  • Working every other weekend.
  • Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.

Availability:

Must be able to commit to mornings, evenings and alternate weekends - every other Saturday and Sunday. We offer flexible shift working hours with an expectation that shifts will fall into the below:

  • 07:00 - 14:00
  • 07:00 - 19:00
  • 15:00 - 22:00
