As a healthcare assistant/support worker you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.
We are really interested to speak to people that live in the below areas nearby that can commute into Eastergate:
- Eastergate and the surrounding villages
- Chichester
- Bognor Regis
If you're applying and you live in Portsmouth, Havant or Selsey you will need a car due to commuting distance. Please don't apply if you do not have a car (own transport) and live in these areas.

Examples of the clients' needs you will be supporting with as a carer:
- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

- 07:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Waking Night Shifts available for Care Assistants:
- 22:00 - 07:00
Must be available for alternate weekends. Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning, ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care. No experience necessary, as our support workers are provided with excellent training in full.
