We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our home care services in both our Brighton and Crawley region. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator:
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Ability to deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
- Building relationships with care staff and service users
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

We are looking for a Field Care Coordinator to join us who are:
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential)
- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
