As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Full rounds, regular clients, walking rounds so you can enjoy working out in the community. We\’re looking for people that live within 30 minutes commute to Battersea.

Areas covered: SW8, SW11 (Battersea, Wandsworth, Nine Elms, Clapham Junction, Clapham Common)

Mileage paid at 40p per mile for drivers

The Role:

Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
Performing light housekeeping tasks.
Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

All staff must work a variation of the below shifts:

07:00am – 14:00pm
14:00pm – 22:00pm
Alternate Saturday\’s and Sunday\’s
For part time roles – every weekend ( Saturday and Sunday)

Section 7(2b) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies that there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff for these positions at present
