About the Live-In role
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will stay in the client’s home for an agreed period (for example, 1 to 2 weeks at a time), providing consistent day-to-day support, companionship and reassurance. You will have breaks and rest time in line with the care plan.
Pay Rates (Live-In)
- £115 per day
- £172.50 per day on Bank Holidays
What you will be supporting with
- Personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, continence care)
- Meal preparation and support with eating and drinking
- Medication support (as per training and care plan)
- Companionship and daily routine support
- Light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping

Requirements
- Drivers with access to a car are preferred due to the location of some placements across Oxfordshire. If you are not a driver, you must still be able to reliably travel to placements, including rural areas.
Please note this is a Live-In Care role which involves staying in the client’s home for the agreed placement period.
