We are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Battersea area.
Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
- Ability to deliver high standards of care
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
- Building relationships with care staff and service users
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

- Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a Field Care Supervisor:
- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are:
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business (essential)
- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
