- We are currently recruiting for a
- Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the
Battersea area.
- Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor
- Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager.
- Ability to deliver high standards of care.
- Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
- Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans.
- Building relationships with care staff and service users.
- Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
- Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required.

- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
