We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dedicated team as an Activities Coordinator at our Bank House Extra Care Scheme in London (SE1). As an Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging, stimulating activities that enrich our residents' lives. You'll foster a vibrant community by organising imaginative, inclusive, and motivational activities tailored to our residents' interests, abilities, and well-being. From crafting creative sessions to planning events and social activities, you'll make a real difference in the daily lives of those you support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver activity programs to encourage social interaction and promote independence.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of activities and adapt to suit residents' needs and preferences.
  • Organise group and one-on-one activities, both within the scheme and in the local community.
