We are currently recruiting for a Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Battersea area.
Responsibilities- Responsible for implementing field‑based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
- Spot‑check carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns to the registered manager.
- Deliver high standards of care.
- Participate in the paid on‑call rota.
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
- Build relationships with care staff and service users.
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
- Assist the care coordinator with any required duties.
- Salary £26,000 – £28,000 per annum.
- £350 Refer a Friend Bonus.

We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor to join us who are 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. Flexible to cover on‑call to meet the needs of the business (essential). Knowledgeable of CQC standards and compliance (essential). Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential). Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred). NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
