Care Outlook is an expanding leading home care provider in London and South East England since 2005. Our Care team is friendly, passionate about high‑quality support, and offers a collaborative workplace and rewarding career opportunities. We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in the Hackney branch. The role involves implementing field‑based quality control systems and supporting all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Spot‑check carers in the community, identify good practice, and report training concerns to the registered manager
  • Deliver high standards of care
  • Participate in the paid on‑call rota
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
  • Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

Requirements

  • 100% commitment to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Flexibility to cover on‑call duties (essential)
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential)
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or at least 2 years in health & social care (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
