Responsibilities:

  • Spot‐check carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns to the registered manager.
  • Deliver high standards of care.
  • Participate in the paid on‐call rota.
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users.
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
  • Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required.

Qualifications:

  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
  • Flexibility to cover on‐call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential).
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
