Responsibilities:
- Spot‐check carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns to the registered manager.
- Deliver high standards of care.
- Participate in the paid on‐call rota.
- Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
- Build relationships with care staff and service users.
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
- Assist the care coordinator with any duties that may be required.

Qualifications:
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
- Flexibility to cover on‐call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
- Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC compliance (essential).
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred).
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
