We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Eastbourne branch.
Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor:
- Spot check carers in the community, identifying good practice, and report training concerns to the registered manager.
- Deliver high standards of care.
- Participate in the paid on-call rota.
- Complete care assessments and write care plans.
- Build relationships with care staff and service users.
- Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
- Support the care coordinator with any required duties.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 100% committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people.
- Flexibility to cover on‑call to meet the needs of the business (essential).
- Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential).
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years in Health & Social Care (preferred).
- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred).
