As a field based care assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

- Rates of pay £13.85 per 1 hour visits (paid contact time only)
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile for drivers between visits

The Role
- Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
The Requirements
- Happy to travel within the local community
- Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
- Working every other weekend.
- Authorised to work in the UK – WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP.
Availability:
- Must be able to commit to mornings, evenings and alternate weekends – every other Saturday and Sunday, we offer flexible shift working hours with an expectation that shifts will fall into the below:
- 07:00 – 14:00
- 07:00 – 19:00
- 15:00 – 22:00
